Annex 1 – SuperGrid (SaaS) Service

This Annex 1 forms part of the current Terms of Service.

These SuperGrid (SaaS) Service Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service if You have subscribed for SuperGrid. Unless otherwise stipulated, in case of a conflict between the terms in this Annex 1 and the Terms of Service, the terms in this Annex 1 shall prevail.

  1. Section 1: Scope of Services

    1. Flower Labs provides SuperGrid Services as a managed federated computing service through the SaaS Platform. Flower Labs provisions, operates, and supports the SuperGrid Service in Flower Labs-controlled infrastructure, including the interfaces, orchestration, metering and telemetry, identity and access management, and other platform capabilities needed to run federated workloads.

    2. Customer can use SuperGrid Services by connecting Customer-controlled computing resources to the service and deploying SuperGrid components in Customer environments.

  2. Section 2: SuperGrid Features

    1. You can access SuperGrid Services only by registering for an account on our SaaS Platform.

    2. The features available with each SuperGrid Services plan are described in the online available SuperGrid Feature and Plan Specification including a description of support services, for example channels, response targets, and technical account manager availability, as a customer-facing page on flower.ai that is incorporated by reference into the Order for descriptive purposes. The Feature Spec may be updated by Flower Labs from time to time.

  3. Section 3: SuperGrid Services License

    1. With respect to the SuperGrid Services, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, and Your payment of the Fees, Flower Labs grants to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, right during the Term to access and use the SuperGrid Service solely for Your Internal Purposes as permitted by their features and functionality and in accordance with the Documentation. Except as expressly granted, there are no other rights of access or licenses granted to You, whether express or implied. All rights not granted are reserved by Flower Labs.

    2. Rights and obligations under Section 4 of the Terms of Service apply mutatis mutandis to the SuperGrid Services.

  4. Section 4: Pricing

    1. Plan volumes and fees are defined and incorporated by reference in the Order or, if subscribed online, in the online checkout confirmation. Each plan includes a monthly Capacity allowance.
