Today, we are thrilled to announce the preview release of Flower SuperGrid - the next generation secure, scalable, and production-ready federated AI platform designed to accelerate enterprise deployments and scientific research. Flower SuperGrid is purpose-built for users to make creating federations effortless by connecting data and compute.

Just as GitHub builds on Git, Flower SuperGrid builds on the Flower Framework, turning a strong foundation into a scalable, collaborative platform.

How to use SuperGrid

Building a federation using SuperGrid can be done in only three steps:

  • Create a Flower Account: Go to flower.ai and click on "Sign up".
  • Connect your SuperNodes: Spin up your SuperNodes and connect them to SuperGrid to form your federation.
  • Run your Flower App: Launch your Flower app on your federation using the flwr run command.

Why SuperGrid Matters

Flower SuperGrid removes the biggest barrier to enterprise adoption of federated AI: the complexity of creating and managing federations. It makes connecting distributed data sources and compute simple, without specialized setup. Data owners can easily manage federations at scale—such as adding or removing SuperNodes, allow-listing users, and more—without the need for manual configuration or deep technical expertise.

SuperGrid redefines how enterprises deploy federated AI at scale, making it especially valuable in regulated sectors like healthcare and finance, as well as edge-centric industries from telecom to energy and transportation, where data must remain on site.

Apply for Early Access

Flower SuperGrid is now available in Early Access Preview. We are working with partners to refine the platform before a wider public rollout. Apply here to be among the first to get early access.

We look forward to collaborating with early adopters of Federated AI as we continue to advance the platform. If you have any questions or feedback, please reach out to us on our community forum or on Slack.
